Ashley Sanks-Foster, LPN
Founder & CEO, GracePoint
GracePoint was founded by Ashley Sanks-Foster, Licensed Practical Nurse, entrepreneur, and community leader, with a vision to create a service-centered company rooted in compassion, professionalism, and excellence.
With a background in healthcare, education, leadership, and service, Ashley has dedicated her career to caring for others and building organizations that make a meaningful difference in people’s lives. Her professional journey began in hands-on caregiving and nursing, where she witnessed firsthand the physical, emotional, and practical challenges families face when caring for loved ones.
Those experiences shaped more than her career—they shaped her calling.
Ashley founded GracePoint with the belief that support services should do more than meet a need—they should restore peace of mind, preserve dignity, and create meaningful relief for the individuals and families being served.
Under her leadership, GracePoint has grown into a trusted multi-service company serving Cincinnati and surrounding communities through non-medical home care, professional cleaning services, and mobile notary solutions, all united by a shared commitment to excellence and compassionate service.
In addition to her clinical background as a Licensed Practical Nurse, Ashley holds a degree from the University of Cincinnati and is currently pursuing her MBA, further strengthening her commitment to strategic leadership, operational excellence, and sustainable service innovation.
As a wife, mother, woman of faith, and founder, Ashley understands the realities of balancing caregiving, family, responsibility, and the many demands life can bring—which is why GracePoint was intentionally built to serve people with both professionalism and heart.
